My
son has served in the Iraq war for eighteen months. He is scheduled to
return is to Iraq. He is currently enlisted in the Air National Guard.
He is serving his country. Our historical
home and equity has been stolen, by Predatory lenders, and the government has
done nothing. All of our clothes taken and the government have done
nothing.
All
of our furniture taken, and government has done nothing. All of our
family history, photos of our great, and great-great grandparent taken, and
the government has done nothing, all of my only son's baby pictures, his
awards, and the government has done nothing. All of these
activities done while
I,
Lee Davis was in a confirmed Bankruptcy. I had to filed, because this
was the advice of my retained attorneys Bruce Menke
and Julie Gaviria.
His
family was taken advantage while serving our country. As we
lost each Unlawful Hearings, I find now he could have filed a
peremptory, asking for a new judge. But Attorney Bruce Menke
made me to believe; there was nothing he could do, but stay in
the courtroom with this bias judge. I Lee Davis as your
Congressional Representative will make ABSOLUTELY no other American in the 37th
District will lose their home to unlawful antics by the courts and
unfavorable laws. I will legislate laws to the protect homeowners, and
legislate predatory lenders as a felons

The spending of American dollars involved in foreign wars and
sufficing the lives of our young is too high. The penalty we are paying
for freedom does not balance. We have omitted home. When
domestic problems are leaving Americans living in gutters and sewages of
our great nation; it is time to protect the home front. We need to bring our
troops home.
There is
a war going on in North
America.; it is being
raged on American soil. It is between the homeowner and the financial
predators. While the government does nothing. But continues to send
troops to Iraq. Who will win the war in America? Will it be the home owner or the established
financial institutions, and predatory lenders?
JOBS For AMERICANS SHOULD BE NO ONE FOCUS IN CONGRESS
Why
have the politicians chose to ignore the basic problems in America The people need jobs and housing. The Health Care passage is great, but how
can you live without food, without housing. Many are not in touch with
their constituents, and others are protecting special interests. It is
now time to VOTE for Change in America. Get rid of politicians who promote SELF interests
like Laura Richardson and not the PEOPLE interests. We as Americans should
not vote to keep individuals in office who do not support our views.
There
should be large jails to contain the predatory lenders and their white
collar crimes. In Africa, the thieves and rogues are stoned to
death. So because this is the America, the penalty for predatory lenders should be
considered as a felon punishable by death.
Each
day there are more and more home owners; who cries for help. But the
government does nothing, because they are fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan. Many of them end up dead because of the
financial loss is too much for their hearts to bear.
Many
just die of broken hearts and public embarrassment. Americans are living in the streets . Some are sleeping in
their cars with babies. But America is still in Iraq, American children without shelter without food,
while America is still in Iraq. And what is the government doing to help the
displaced.. Nothing.
HOUSING FOR AMERICANS
America's Foreign Policy is focus on Iraq, Afghanistan, Israel, China, Korea; every where but American domestic problems.
The American Dream is on attack. The real war is on in the door
steps of the banking institutions, but the government is fighting on foreign
soil, there are no helpers, or fighters to defend or protect the American
people.
It
is too late for the Bush Administration to develop a strategic plan to help America there term has ended? So the question is; when is
the next Congress going to rage attack on the Financial Predators?
When are the troops going to arrive home to defend our land, our
children, and our homes? The United States government is busy attacking Iraqi; they
are busy sending troops to Afghanistan. The home front is left open. So financial
predatory have entered into the homes of many Americans. Who will stands
to protect the rights of the home owner? Vote Lee Davis For
Congress.
New
leaderships are a must in America; if we are to leave legacies for our next
generations. And just think, I have NO UNSECURED DEBT but I was forced
into Bankruptcy. This course was the second attack on my financial
stability. Bankruptcy is a joke. It protects only the money
for the Trustee. I am paying the Trustee for not getting me in back into my
home. What a laugh. The system works for itself, and omitting the
American. I will legislate and rewrite the Bankruptcy laws to
protection homeowners and rage war on Predatory lenders, individuals,
city governments, judicial prejudice, and poverty.
Let
us end the war in Iraq and Afghanistan. Let us rage war on homelessness, housing for the
elderly, finding employment for Americans and the protection of our
