LEGISLATE A NEW AMERICA-PROTECTION FOR HOMEOWNERS:
This is my historical home of nearly twenty years . I was evicted and my payments were current, but
I was evicted in a T-Shirt on a rainy stormy morning; and
! It did not seem to matter to the Los Angeles Sheriffs I was in confirmed bankruptcy. This meant I was in federal jurisdiction,
and they had no rights to evict me under the bankruptcy laws. Even today I am out of my home. I am fighting for the return of my home,
and personal property. These predators took all of my equity, furniture,
clothing and personal property. They
had me arrested when I returned to look after my personal property. The police handcuffed me, pulled six guns
on me and detained me for over two hours.
The police told me if I come back on the street they would shoot
surely next time or arrest me.
I wrote the Guide Lines for the historical
District. I served as Chair for the
twelve year ordeal to get the historical Destination for this
community. All of equipment to
operate my newspaper taken, camera, computers, lap tops excreta taken., all of son’s baby pictures they have taken. Everything I have earned taken.
My son has served in Iraq. And all
of his childhood pictures, toys and awards, and certificates stolen by
thieves.
I have had to file bankruptcy in order to secure
the rights to my historical home that I purchased in 1988. It is so difficult to be paying into a
plan to go to court to prove my real property belongs to me. This home did
not even pass inspection or appraise to value due to the poor condition it
was purchased in.
All of landscaping, flowers, bushes and pots were
placed there by me.
How can this be America; if the governmental system, allow home
owners who have been in their home nearly twenty year like my self to
become the Americans homeless? I had no food to eat, no clothes to
wear. But the courts and the government have done nothing. to protect me or any other American homeowners. I
am a candidate for congress to carry the voice of the people for change.
When the essentials of
the American existence are attacked, and the government does nothing, new
leaders need to emerge, and preserve the values written in our
constitution. America has stayed clued to the principles
and screwed directions of war on foreign soil. There
are reasons, good reason for alarm; because there are no agencies set
in place to help the Americans homeowners.
When housing and
Americans credit is destroyed due to fraud, and there presently isn’t
a government agency set in place to protect us. Perhaps this is why
real estate abuse just continues. I thought the Department of Housing
and Urban Development would be the correct agency to go to for
assistance. This department only can assist homeowners, if you have
purchased a government HUD housing loan. The agency does not for
"A" Paper Borrow like me. So currently, there are no
agencies in the United States of America that can assist homeowners who are being evicted
from our homes. This is happening daily.
The scams, and tricky
continues as the Predators like Bradley Scott Hughes of Westar
Financial, Michael James Henschel of Gate Title
Company, William and Candice Rasche as they sleep
in our family heirloom beds, enjoying our sofas, wearing our clothing, using
my refrigerator, stove, oven and eating our food on my dining room table,
that I purchased that I worked and paid for. I remember being
pregnant, with my son, walking in the Chicago cold, below zero
tempers in the snow going to graduate school, and working at night to
buy that table and chairs they now enjoy at dinner.
How is it possible
convicted real estate predators can just go to the Los Angeles County
Recorder files false documents and put us out of my home, taking all of my
personal property; and Judge Roy L. Paul believes they are the a bona fide
purchaser of my home of
$58,000.00. I will legislate that the complaint must be heard
before the Unlawful Detainer can be presented to
the court. I will legislate the Unlawful Detainer
must show the court the homeowner was served by a signature from the
homeowner.

There are problems with the
sale of our historical home; there were no disclosures for the sale of our
home. No notices of defaults sent to me, no posting of the sale of my home,
no notices of sales filed with the Los Angeles County Recorder, but this is
a bona fide purchaser so says a Long Beach judge Roy L. Paul. I did not ever get a
chance to hear the complete testimony of this bona fide purchaser
because the judge sent me out the court room, and when I returned he gave
his verdict, giving my historical home to this white couple, Candice and
William Rasche.
I went to the city of
help, not even the Mayor Foster assisted, I then flew to Sacramento, I did get some assistance there, and The Los
Angeles District Attorney is investigating. Michael James Henschel of Gateway Title was arrested in April of
2008. Yet it did not get our home returned.
I even flew to Washington D.C., this where I discovered there was no agency set
up to deal with Predatory Lenders. When I met Juanita Millender
McDonald's staff, and Congress woman Maxine Waters. They were attempting to
get the Congressional Black Caucus to set up a committee on Predatory
Lending.
I met with Senator Diane
Feinstein Housing Staff, too. They were unaware of the crisis in our state I gave them documents of data I had gathered..
More and more Americans will fall prey to these predatory crooks. Senator
Barbara Boxer’s staff met with me too, but did not follow
through.

Housing staffs have kept in touch and we are attempting to draft
legislation for protection for the homeowner. There are reasons for
huge change in our government. New leaders need to come to deal with the
real problems. Vote Lee Davis for Congress.
It is time to ask where
the tax dollars are going. Who decides where to spend them? And why
haven't some one called for help for the homeowner. They are in crisis? Who
proclaims a domestic disaster? Katrina was a national disaster caused
by Mother Nature. In August of 2009
Candice and William Rasche sold my historical
home to Bradley Scott and Yolanda Hughes ( Westar Financial) for nearly $400.000.00.
What agency proclaims the
homeowners in this county to be in crisis? Can there be a moratorium
on home evictions? Why haven't the President proclaimed a breach in
Homeland Security? How many more thousand and thousands of homes
needs to be taken from homeowner before the government decides to declare a
State of Emergency? What day will the government wake up
and realize the state of our nation is in crisis?
HOMEFRONT (AMERICA) UNPROTECTED
Who will protect the
American people? Or is the war in Iraq and Afghanistan an excuse for our government on the home
front? The problems began with Governor George W. Bush stealing
the election from Vice President Albert Gore. After that, the current
administration lost direction, President Bush appears to lust for revenge
of his father on a president failure to oust the dictator.
So today the American
people suffer. We as Americans; have lost our homes to financial thieves,
and financial institutions. Americans , we have the right to take up our
arms and attack the principles and laws which should have
been in placed ideally by design to PROTECT our
"American Dreams" but has failed.
Today should be the last
day any American is tricked, evicted , kicked out of his/their home due of
fraud, deceit, or tricky in loan documentation. . Americans, as your
representative I will legislate to bring every son, every daughter
home to enjoy life and the pursuant of happiness they so deserve.. I will legislate to restore the American-
Dream. Because I Lee Davis I am living the night mare.
I have slept in my car, I
have been homeless, I have slept on the floor, I have been without
food, I have had to wash my under wear with holes because I had no
money for not more because all of my clothes was stolen, by the predatory
who took my home.
All of my under garments
taken” under the law:" I was illegally evicted. And the
government allowed all of possessions to be taken while in Bankruptcy. I am
still out of home, while it is disputed. I am still forced to pay my plain
payment while a court date is given, but the government does nothing.
How can this be America when a homeowner who like myself have lived in a
house nearly twenty years must prove it belongs to me, and thief
takes all of my possession and I am arrested and have the police pull six
guns on me, handcuff me because I want my earned possessions. I will
protection and change for home owners.
The real estate laws
needs to be changed. Real Estate Brokers and lenders needs to be held
accountable like the Auto Dealers in America. If auto dealers misrepresent the
conditions of a vehicle he is subject to jail, these same laws should be
applied to misrepresentation to real estate transactions. Currently, there
are no fines, and no laws set in place for these real estate criminals.
NO MORE HOMELESS FOR THE ELDERLY
The government has stayed
on course of excessive spending; while the fiber of America is deteriorating daily. Daily,
another home owner become homeless, daily another becomes a welfare
statistics, and daily another solider dies, but we are in Iraq and Afghanistan fighting for freedom, guaranteeing the
rebuilding of their homes, while our homes are being stolen by predatory
lenders. Yes, change is needed in America today. We need representatives to build America, not build foreign policies which take our
son and daughters away from us permanently.
NO MORE HOMELESS
FOR HOMEOWNERS
The RICO corruption has
got to be legislated; to preserve our freedoms. Americans
have lost their life with the ultimate sacrifices only to returned
homeless. The legislation of predatory laws and JOBS will be top
propriety for LEE DAVIS AS your 37th Congressional Representative. The
guilty should be put away in prisons for years. They should know the pain
and suffering they have caused by falsifying papers
on homeowner's properties. I will legislate to restore, the
equity, and personal property taken during these illegal seizures of
attacks on homeowners.
We as Americans need to
put values on home preservation. Those values include the family unit,
education, church, and good health and jobs for American.

is coming
to America
with the election of LEE DAVIS FOR CONGRESS! Especially
when financial PREDATORS take American homes, rather it be a city government, state government, private
individuals, these criminals ARE FELONS. I will legislate the jail
time for all of these individuals that are hiding under the robes of
justice, the badges of protection who violate the homeowner by taking their
homes.
